Commitment To Service

Ron Wilson Hair Gallery is dedicated to service and value. All of our licensed specialists sincerely enjoy what we do and it is reflective on the smiles and repeat business of our clients. We promise individual attention and great value for all of our customers.

Appointments

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. We schedule appointments according to our specialists’ availability and specialty. If you are running late, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate you.  Arriving late will likely limit the time allocated for your service; it will lessen the effectiveness and most importantly, your pleasure and enjoyment. Please be advised that we will have to reschedule your appointments if you arrive later than 15 minutes after your scheduled time. In order to better serve all of our clients, appointments are appreciated but walk-ins are gladly accepted. As a courtesy to all clients our treatments are completed as scheduled.

Cancellations

Cancellation of all services require a 24-hour notice.

Pre-payments & Deposits

Those who wish to pay for another guest’s services are encouraged to do so by purchasing gift cards. However, a pre-payment by depositing credit on the specified guest’s client information card is also acceptable.

We may ask for a pre-payment, or a 50% deposit, for services exceeding a certain dollar amount or on the occasion two or more stylists are reserved for multiple services.

Gift Certificates

Ideal for holiday gifts, birthdays, anniversaries as well as employees and business clients. You can print your gift certificate yourself or email it to your recipient.

Thank you for your consideration and understanding. Gratuities are not included in the price of services and are greatly appreciated. Suggestions are always welcome.

We appreciate all of our clients and your patronage. We implement these policies in order to better accommodate everyone.

Refunds

Refunds for merchandise only will be given within 30 days of purchase with valid receipt. Merchandise will be exchanged without receipt. No refunds will be issued on services rendered. Satisfaction is assured through any service needed to correct any dissatisfaction with a treatment, after the service is paid for.
